This year, the World Artificial Intelligence Conference (WAIC) 2022 – Hong Kong Branch was organized by the Innovation and Technology Commission (ITC), with HKSTP as the organizing partner.

• The conference invited influential scholars, entrepreneurs, unicorn founders, government officials who drive smart city development, and research and development sectors to discuss cutting-edge topics and deliver speeches.
• An interactive exhibition zone showcased by 28 top-notch AI companies, providing experience of the latest innovative AI applications.

WAIC, hosted by the National Development and Reform Commission, Ministry of Science and Technology, Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, Cyberspace Administration of China, Chinese Academy of Sciences, Chinese Academy of Engineering, China Association for Science and Technology and the Shanghai Municipal People’s Government, is a world-class AI conference.
