AIFT was invited by Bank of China (Hong Kong) to deliver an AI seminar on 16 May 2023 at City University of Hong Kong. The seminar was successfully held with more than 200 participants including online. Prof Jonathan Zhu, Dr. Linqi Song and Dr. Qingpeng Zhang were the key speakers. They shared the development of Chatbot, ChatGPT and Knowledge Graph, and discussed how these cutting-edge technologies can enhance customer experience and improve operational efficiency, aiming to accelerate the transformation of the industry.
