Prof. Ma is Professor of College of Management and chairs the department of E-Commerce at Shenzhen University. He received the PhD degree in Systems Engineering and Engineering Management from The Chinese University of Hong Kong in 2007. His current research interests include logistics and supply chain management, service management. His work has been published in journals, such as Decision Sciences, Annals of Operations Research, European Journal of Operational Research, Omega, International Journal of Production Economics, International Journal of Production Research, and Operations Research Letters. He also serves as an Associate Editor for Modern Supply Chain Research and Applications. His research is funded by various grants such as National Natural Science Foundation of China (NSFC), Natural Science Foundation of Guangdong (NSFG), Natural Science Foundation of Shenzhen (NSFS), etc.
